Management Consulting

I hold a Master’s (M.Sc) and Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) Degree in Management and Technology from the TUM School of Management at the Technical University of Munich. During my studies, I interned as a Management Consultant at Accenture and Horváth & Partners, and was recognized as a Digital Talent by KPMG. As a member of Academy Consult, I was able to participate in countless excellent workshops and training by consulting companies such as McKinsey and Company, BCG, Volkswagen Consulting, and many more, in topics such as Slide Writing, Effective Communication, and Design Thinking.

The skills and toolkits learned nicely complement my expertise in Software Engineering, Operations Research and Data Science. This allows me to assess a problem from multiple perspectives, including the view of management and not only engineering.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to share specific projects. References are available upon request. Some of the more management consulting-focused projects I completed as a freelancer included:

• I joined in a Design Thinking Project for a large Automotive OEM. In several workshops, we generated new business ideas for an intrapreneurship project, performed market research and presented our results and actionable suggestions.
• I documented and optimized processes for a major broadcasting corporation using BPMN 2.0 and Signavio
• I spearheaded an IT project for a healthcare startup, writing specifications and making risk assessments.
• I performed requirement analysis and designed mockups for a commerce company.
